Alec Baldwin was recently honored by the Museum of the Moving Images in New York, and Tina Fey gave a speech, putting over Baldwin's accomplishments in acting. At the end of her speech, she took a shot at Charlie Sheen and Two and a Half Men…
"Alec, on behalf of the cast and crew of 30 Rock , we honor you tonight. Our show would not have gotten on the air without you. It would not have remained on the air without you. I shudder to think what low-rent Two and a Half Men show we would have without you."

What she means is that the "humour" on Two and a Half Men is basic lowest common denominator stuff whereas 30 Rock is known for it's quirky / smart stuff.
